Welcome to the Burnt Meadow Mountain trailhead in Brownfield, Maine. This trailhead provides access to Burnt Meadow Mountain via two main routes: the North Peak Trail and the Twin Brook Trail.
The North Peak Trail is the more direct climb to the summit (about 1.9 miles one way). The Twin Brook Trail offers an alternate way back down through forest and along small brooks; together they form a loop of roughly 3.3–3.6 miles.
Expect some steep and rocky sections. Sturdy footwear and water are recommended. Views open up near the top.
